Welcome to RepClosures. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom enclosure orders may require production time before shipment. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

RepEnclosures reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailable products.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of many products, custom-built enclosures and special orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

For standard products:

• Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged Deliveries

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product.

RepEnclosures is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or shipping damage caused after delivery confirmation.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for the safe setup and use of all enclosures, heating equipment, lighting, and accessories. RepEnclosures is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.

Limitation of Liability

RepEnclosures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Intellectual Property

All logos, images, product designs, branding, and website content are property of RepEnclosures and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Changes to Terms

RepEnclosures may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
